The South part of the food court was renovated into a 10,000 square foot Ulta Beauty store, which opened in November 2017. After Sears shut down in December 2018, the mall’s North and South wings separated, and Shop & Save Market closed in the same year. It is unclear when the redevelopment plans for the mall will be finalized.
