Returns Order Processing We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. All orders will ship within 1 business day of payment. We do not ship on national holidays or weekends. All items that are shipped at the ground level will be shipped through FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders that require expedited services need to have payment received on that day, prior to 11AM CST, in order for the order to be shipped on the same business day. Orders with 2nd Day air ordered on Thursday will not arrive Saturday as FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays. If you have not received your items after the seventh business day, please email us and we will inquire with FedEx. Please note, if a PO Box is your requested shipping address, the order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. These items will have tracking information available. USPS First Class Mail (Headcovers, Clothing, & GPS Units) All smaller accessories (headcovers, GPS Units, clothing, etc.) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Alaska , Hawaii, Puerto Rico All shipments to AK, HI, and PR are sent via USPS. We do not offer FedEx Ground shipping options to these locations. International Shipments Canada Shipments We ship with FedEx International Economy shipping to Canada and also offer USPS Priority Mail International. Each item that ships through FedEx will have additional costs for duties and taxes which is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that all Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Sales Tax (both Federal (GST) and Provincial (PST or QST). Contact your local customs office for more details.
